Service Description

Summer is often viewed as a slower, more flexible season for behavioral health organizations. But behind the scenes, revenue operations continue running, claims are still being processed, denials are still accumulating, underpayments are still occurring, and accounts receivable continues to age. The challenge for many practice owners, executive directors, and clinical leaders is not that revenue problems are new, it’s that they are often invisible. This Lunch & Learn is designed for non-RCM leaders who are responsible for organizational performance but do not operate as billing or revenue cycle management specialists. Rather than focusing on technical billing execution, this session equips leaders with the strategic frameworks needed to maximize total annual revenue by strengthening oversight, improving accountability, and driving effective revenue recovery strategies across internal or outsourced RCM teams. The goal is simple: help leaders ensure that the revenue their organization earns is fully captured, properly reimbursed, and consistently optimized. What You Will Learn Participants will gain practical, leadership-level strategies to: ✅Develop a revenue recovery mindset that supports full-year financial performance ✅Identify and close gaps that prevent practices from capturing earned revenue ✅Strengthen oversight of internal billing teams and external RCM vendors ✅Understand the key drivers that impact total annual revenue realization ✅Implement executive-level KPIs that improve financial decision-making ✅Build systems that support consistent revenue recovery throughout the year ✅Shift from reactive billing management to proactive revenue optimization. Why This Matters Most behavioral health organizations do not struggle with demand for services, they struggle with fully realizing the revenue associated with those services. Revenue loss often occurs gradually through underpayments, delayed follow-up on claims, missed billing opportunities, inefficient workflows, and lack of executive visibility into revenue cycle performance. Over time, these gaps reduce total annual revenue and limit organizational growth potential. This session is designed to help leaders close those gaps and build a more intentional, recovery-driven approach to revenue management. Who This Is For This Lunch & Learn is designed for leadership responsible for financial and operational outcomes, including: ✅Practice Owners ✅Executive Directors ✅Clinical Directors

Cancellation Policy

Initial Consultation Booking Policy JLW Medical Management Consulting, LLC (“JLW Medical”) is a revenue recovery and consulting firm that specializes in the collection of outstanding reimbursements from health payers. As a mandatory prerequisite to engagement, all prospective clients are required to complete an Initial Consultation. This policy applies without exception. The Initial Consultation is a one-time, standalone engagement conducted strictly for diagnostic and assessment purposes. Its purpose is to evaluate the financial and operational health of your practice, assess potential needs, and issue a recommended course of action. This consultation does not establish a formal client-consultant relationship and does not guarantee future service delivery beyond the defined scope. Full payment is required at the time of booking. The Initial Consultation is governed solely by this policy and is not subject to a formal service agreement. Once services have been rendered such as assessments, document reviews, or strategic recommendations no refunds will be issued. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are ineligible for refunds. Cancellations made after 48-hours but with more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund; the remaining 50% is retained for administrative and chargeback prevention purposes. Each client is allowed to reschedule their consultation one time at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment. All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to info@jlwmedicalmh.org. Failure to attend an initial and rescheduled consultation (“no-show”) will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee and disqualification from future bookings. If a rescheduled consultation is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment, the client forfeits the right to future bookings for a period of three months. If the rescheduled consultation is canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice, the client must rebook and pay the full consultation fee, as the original booking held two appointment slots valued at $3,300, and only $1,650 was paid.
