Eligibility Requirements
​To ensure we can meaningfully support your practice, applicants must:

If your practice is generating under $1,000,000 - $300,000 ($25,000 - $90,000) monthly.

Demonstrate financial hardship connected to payer delays, denials, or administrative breakdowns.

Provide 24 months of VOD (Verification of Deposit)

Provide 3-5 years of profit & loss & cashflow statements

Agree to a structured 6–9-month partnership

Be willing to implement recommended operational changes to stabilize revenue
