Cancellation Policy

All prospective clients of JLW Medical Management Consulting, LLC must engage in a paid consultation before entering into a formal agreement. This process is designed to determine whether our services align with your business needs. We specialize in healthcare business consulting and outsourced management services tailored to mental health practice owners and their teams. Consultation Overview: Consultations include a preliminary assessment of your business, a discussion of challenges, potential service recommendations, and a general overview of pricing. A consultation does not establish a client-consultant relationship. If your needs fall outside our scope, we’ll inform you and provide a referral, if available through our network. All consultations are recorded, and a copy of the recording will be provided to you. Should you decide to move forward, you will receive a Statement of Work (SOW) and estimate for review. Acceptance of the SOW requires your electronic signature; a formal contract will follow. The contract must be signed within 30 days of receipt or it will be voided. Payment & Booking Policies: Full payment is required at the time of booking; no payment plans are offered for consultations. If you retain our services, the consultation fee will be credited toward your first invoice. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your consultation fee. Rescheduling within 48 hours requires a new payment. Canceling a rescheduled appointment will result in forfeiture, and may limit your ability to book in the future. No-shows automatically forfeit the consultation fee. Additional Terms: By booking a consultation, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless JLW Medical Management Consulting, LLC from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the consultation process. Entering into a formal agreement is optional and contingent upon mutual agreement as outlined in the Statement of Work and contract. By proceeding with a consultation, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined above.
